Oracle11R1 is the most advanced and most innovative software product for managing data of any size. With the successor (11R2) of this product the breadth and excellence of this product is enhanced in all areas. The Grid-Computing paradigm is completely overhauled, the storage engine got an new, optional model, ASM is enhanced and a new ASM based file system is introduced, data compression gets even more attractive by much higher compression rates and not to forget Exadata and the DBM as the last and most innovative Cornerstone of the Oracle Data Warehouse product set, just to name a few areas...
