DELL je zadnjih par godina krenuo na put transformacije iz kompanije koja je bila poznata kao proizvodac PC-a i notebooka, u kompaniju koja pruza kompletna ICT rjesenja. Transformacija se provodi razvojem vlastitog Intelektualnog vlasnistva (proizvoda i usluga), kao i akvizicijama kompanija koje slove za najbolje u svojim segmentima I njihovom interacijom u DELL ponudu. Gdje je DELL danas s obzirom na cijeli proces transformacije ?

During the last few years DELL Computers started a transformation journey from company known for its PCs and Notebooks into an end to end ICT solution provider. Transformation is done through development of DELL own Intellectual property and by acquiring best of breed companies on the market and their integration to DELL portfolio. Where is DELL today in taking in consideration the whole transformation process?

Tomislav Juraga diplomirao na Fakultetu Elektrotehnike i računarstva u Zagrebu. Svoja prva radna iskustva stječe kao asistent na Fakultetu Organizacije i informatike u Varazdinu. Nakon toga prelazi u tvrtku Hewlett-Packard, gdje postaje voditelj odjela za Consulting i sistemsku integraciju za Adriatik regiju. 2003.godine prelazi u tvrtku T-systems (Deutsche telekom) kao voditelj poslovanja za Adriatik regiju. Po odlasku iz T-systems-a odlazi u privatne vode i osniva .com startup kompaniju, te radi kao konzultant za velike Hrvatske kompanije i institucije, te nekoliko kompanija s prostora srednje i istocne Europe (Getronic, Kapsch traffic com, Finmeccanica RESI...). Od 2008.g preuzima funkciju u tvrtci DELL Computers, sudjeluje u otvaranju ureda u Zagrebu i postavlja osnove poslovanja u Adriatik regiji. Nakon razdvajanja prodajnog kanala, preuzima odgovornost za poslovanje s poznatim kupcima i razvoj kanala certificiranih partnera.
Bio:
Tomislav Juraga graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. He started gaining his first work experience as a teaching assistant at Faculty of Organization and Informatics in Varazdin. After that he moves to Hewlett-Packard where he takes responsibility as Consulting and Integration manager for Adriatic region. In 2003 He moves to T-systems (Deutsche telekom) as a manager responsible for business in Adriatic region. After T-systems he starts his own .com startup and acts as a consultant for several large Croatian companies and institutions and also he had consulting engagements with some of the largest technology companies in the SEE region (Getronic, Kapsch traffic com, Finmeccanica RESI...). From 2008 he takes over responsibility as a Country manager for Adriatic region for DELL computers. He is engaged in opening of the first offices in the region and setting up local DELL business in Adriatics. After channel split, he takes over responsibility for Public and Enterprise business (Known end customers) and certified partners channel development.
